You must complete the following steps to transfer your domain to us:

1. Ensure that the domain is unlocked and ready to transfer.

2. Forward your domain's Authorization Code to support@webcentralstation.com

3. Take action on an email sent to the domain's current Administrative Contact 

4. Take action on an email sent to the domain's new Administrative Contact

5. You will receive a system email when the entire domain transfer has completed

Contact your current domain registrar to ensure that your domain is unlocked and ready to transfer.

2:  Forward your domain's Authorization Code to support@webcentralstation.com

Your domain transfer can't be initiated without this digital handshake, that will allow your current registrar to release and transfer your domain to our registrar. Once your current registrar generates the Authorization Code, please forward to support@webcentralstation.com  so that I can paste it into our system.

3:  Current Administrative Contact Verifies Domain Transfer

Web Central Station's ability to facilitate the domain process is very limited.

Your current registrar will have to confirm that you want to change your web host to Web Central Station. They will send an email to the current Administrative Contact email address asking to verify the request. You will need to access the current Administrative Contact email inbox to proceed. If you don't have access you may need contact the person who does have access. If that person is no longer reachable, you will have to contact your current domain registrar to see how you can gain access to that email account, or change the email to something you can access.

Once you open the email sent to the current Administrative Contact, you can click to confirm your desire to change hosts.

4:  Registrar Verifies New Administrative Contact

Once the domain transfer is verified by the current Administrative Contact, an email will be generated and sent to the new Administrative Contact. You will need to verify the current Administrative Contact’s email address by clicking the link to verify. 

Please note that your domain's new Administrative Contact email is the same as the email you used to sign up with Web Central Station

5:  You will receive a system email when the entire domain transfer has completed

Once you have successfully completed all of the necessary steps to transfer your domain to us, you will receive a system email stating that the domain transfer has been complete.
